UN Committee: adding Latvian endings violates the right to privacy
The UN Committee’s decision is final and cannot be appealed. The Republic of Latvia is now obliged to remedy the violation against Leonid Raihman and take the necessary measures, including legislative amendments, to prevent similar violations from recurring in the future. The government must report on the implementation of the decision within 180 days.
